The Orgatek Website and ERP are provided exclusively for:

• Official business operations of Orgatek
• Internal communication, reporting, and workflows
• Employee productivity, compliance, and operational management

The ERP system is strictly for authorized company employees and approved internal users only.

Access to the ERP system is limited to:

• Current employees of Orgatek
• Individuals expressly authorized by Orgatek management

You confirm that:

Orgatek reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

• Follow internal IT, HR, and information security policies
• Immediately report suspected security breaches or misuse

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass system security or access controls

4. Data Ownership & Usage

All data created, uploaded, or processed within the Systems—including:

• Employee records
• Operational data
• Project, financial, technical, and agricultural data

• No personal ownership rights exist over ERP-generated data

5. Confidentiality

• Not share internal data outside the organization without written approval
• Continue confidentiality obligations even after termination of employment

Breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary or legal action.

• Conduct audits for compliance, security, and operational integrity
• Investigate suspected misuse or policy violations

Such monitoring will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and ERP—including text, designs, software, workflows, data structures, and documentation—is owned by Orgatek or licensed to it.

You may not:

Orgatek does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Orgatek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Orgatek is not responsible for losses arising from misuse, unauthorized access, or employee negligence
• Users are responsible for actions taken under their credentials

10. Termination of Access

Access to the Systems will be:

• Automatically revoked upon employment termination
• Suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or internal policies

Orgatek may retain data after termination as required for legal, operational, or compliance purposes.

11. Compliance With Laws

Users agree to comply with:
